Ce n'est pas parce que l on prend des lunettes 100/100 santé que l’on ne doit pas avoir droit a des excuses quand vous vous êtes trompé de destinataire pour les lunettes et que nous sommes obligés de revenir 2 fois . Je suis désolée mais je ne retournerai plus chez vous.

Accueil chaleureux, souriant? dans un décor très accueillant. Personnel charmant, à votre entière disposition, trouvant toujours une solution pour dépannage. Cliente en audition depuis quatre années sans aucun couac, même en pleine pandémie. En commande, nouvelle génération d'appareils auditifs performants. Mise en confiance totale, suivi très approfondi, je ne pourrais plus m'en passer ainsi que de votre équipe. Je souhaite que la direction n'est pas avare envers la reconnaissance de son personnel !!!! Très rare de recevoir un service aussi complet et technique.
