Je me suis rendue chez cet opticien et j’ai été très déçue par l’accueil. Un homme d’un certain âge, manifestement peu aimable, ne m’a même pas adressé un bonjour. Aucune politesse ni considération. Une expérience très désagréable. À fuir si vous attendez un minimum de respect et de courtoisie.
