Très satisfaite de ma visite à Optical Center Scionzier ! Toute l’équipe est chaleureuse et bienveillante. Un grand merci à Rosalia, qui s’est occupée de moi du début à la fin avec beaucoup de professionnalisme, d’écoute et de gentillesse. Merci aussi à Lina pour son second avis. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Très bonne accueil de la part de Lina , vendeuse très agréable et souriante cela fais plaisir , nous a vraiment conseiller et aider dans notre choix . Nous a offert le café pour le temps d’attente pr remplir notre dossier . Merci également pour les petits jouets donner à mes enfants pour leurs patience . Je recommande vraiment cette boutique .

J aurais aimé mettre 5 étoiles, car un accueil de la part de 2 salariés Lina et Rosalia qui ont ete très professionnel à l écoute très agréable et de bons conseils, je les recommande sans appel,par contre petit bémol, une des vendeuse prénommé Vanessa qui pour ma part m'a choquée de par sa remarque déplacée auprès de nous , je trouve cela très dommage , manque totale de professionnalisme de sa part.

Incompétent !!!! J'appel pour un rdv on me dit que l'on va me rappeler pour confirmer pas de rappel, du coup je prends rdv sur le site, on me confirme le rdv, j'y vais et on me dit qu'il fallait appeler et que le rdv est possible 1h30 après si ça ce n'est pas de l'incompétence !!!!

On m'a donné un delai de 10j pour recevoir mes lunettes. J'ai appelé deux fois depuis, on m'a dit qu'ils m'appeleront quand ce sera prêt .Ca fait 3 semaines aujourdhui, toujours rien. Lunettes simples.
