Très mauvais conseil en magasin. Pour des lunettes de vue ,on nous demande une ordonnance après avoir réglé la commande , du coup galère pour avoir une ordonnance. On ne reviendra pas

Lunettes acheté en mars ou avril nous ne sommes pas en mesures de reprendre une nouvelle paire il nous faut attendre 1 an pour la mutuelle. Sinon, nous avons un super accueil à Castelnaudary, le personnel est très sympa, à l'écoute des gens, de leurs besoins et ressentis, ils sont très professionnel.

Cliente depuis plus de 5 ans , Femme enceinte de plus de 8 mois , attendre 30 min dans le magasin , et aller au toilette 3 min et voilà comment le vendeur fait passer des personnes devant moi !!! Une honte !!! Sans excuse rien !! Merci je suis allée chez la concurrence
