Personnel antipathique. J’ai eu à faire à deux femmes avec aucune empathie. On n’a l’impression de les déranger dans leur petit confort. Pas souriantes, pas d’humour. Rien qui donne envie de venir se faire faire des lunettes à Remiremont. Par contre lors de retrait de mes lunettes, un homme m’a accueilli chaleureusement. Je pense qu’il était le responsable. Du coup, je me suis un peu calmé sur ma critique.
