Des personnes ultra sympathiques, un bilan ophtalmo complet, prix intéressants. Les vendeurs prennent leurs temps avec nous. C'est vraiment génial.

Alors, comment dire ? … grande déception au retrait de mes 2 paires de lunettes, accueil froid et distant de ce Monsieur qui semble oublier qu’un client est un élément essentiel à son chiffre d’affaires . Le cas doit être isolé car à contrario, j’ai reçu un excellent accueil lors de ma visite initiale par les jeunes femmes présentes (gentillesse, écoute, conseil..). Si je dois retourner dans ce magasin, je me réserverai le droit de m’adresser à qui je veux ! En tout cas, pas à ce Monsieur qui donne l’impression qu’on l’emm….!

Je déconseille vivement. Magasin d'optique très malhonnête. Les vendeurs n'ont pas hésité à me vendre au prix plein des montures issues des modèles d'exposition (sans m'en informer, évidemment)… et défectueux (je m'en suis rendu compte une fois la paire récupérée et payée. Et les défauts étaient ceux que j'avais constatés sur la monture au moment de l'essai en magasin). Autant vous dire que le respect du client est leur priorité. Une honte. Vérifiez bien vos montures avant de quitter le magasin et, dans la mesure du possible, le plus simple sera de se rendre dans un autre commerce, digne et intègre.
