They listened patiently to my concerns, conducted a thorough optometric test, and I even had a consultation with their ophthalmologist to discuss the issue in detail. Understanding my unique situation and long-term adaptation, they made the decision to remake both pairs of my glasses with identical lenses, free of charge. This was not a simple exchange; it was a demonstration of true customer care. They prioritized my comfort and health over strict policy, showing flexibility and a deep understanding that every patient's needs are individual. Amazing service

Great experience. The shop has a good selection and the lady that was helping me was very patient and knowledgable. Got 2 pair of glasses and one sunglasses. It was ready to collect within a few days and again came back for collection being greeting by a very friendly and helpful team!
