Bonjour, je suis passée récemment sur le magasin de brezanes et j’ai été gentiment accueillie par une jeune femme du prénom de Marie Eve. J’étais en déplacement professionnel et mes lunettes étaient tordues avec une vis en moins et elle me les a réparées et quand je lui ai demandé combien je lui devais elle m’a répondu que c’était un service avec plaisir. J’ai trouvé cela très gentil et son accueil vraiment très professionnel comme on en voit peu de nos jours

Je tiens à exprimer ma grande satisfaction pour l’excellent service que j’ai reçu chez vous. Un grand merci à Marie Eve qui s est occupée de moi tout au long de ce parcours aussi bien pour mes lunettes que mes prothèses auditives . L’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel, et Marie Eve a su me conseiller avec beaucoup de patience et de bienveillance. Le choix des montures est varié, et j’ai trouvé exactement ce que je cherchais grâce à vos précieux conseils. Merci pour votre écoute et votre expertise, je recommande vivement votre établissement !

Équipe très à l’écoute et très patiente concernant mes divers besoins ! Marie-Eve et Louis ont su rester très professionnels et très bienveillants au vue du délai que nous avons passé ensemble , réadaptation vue sur plusieurs mois , changement de monture , essai lentilles pour trouver la meilleure alternative . Je recommande cette équipe vivement et en plus ils sont sympathiques !

Un personnel disponible accueillant et à l'écoute, des examens des yeux sont réalisés préalablement avant la pose de lentilles par une personne compétente et soucieuse de la vue et du confort de ses clients. Elle se déplace à domicile si nécessaire et gratuitement. Je recommande vraiment ce magasin .
