I was helped by Thander &amp; Paneche in the Harlow store. They were extremely helpful, gave excellent advice, explained all the options available and made sure I was happy with my choice of glasses. A special mention to Thander who really help me choice the right frames for me. Would definitely recommend Opticlal Centre for glasses.

I had an amazing experience with Optical Centre in Harlow. All the staff were super attentive and could not do enough for me, down to offering drinks whilst we waited as well as helping me pick my new frames and giving me the best deal possible for 2 pairs of glasses. Nabeel (the optometrist) talked me through every step of my eye test and the purpose of each step. As well as giving me guidance on shaving down the lens and what would suit my personal needs given my computer based job. He was great and the whole eye test itself was a really comfortable experience. Would massively recommend, they honestly can’t do enough for you.
