I can’t begin to explain what a wonderful experience I had at the Optical Centre Joigny. I was on my way to catch a train when I broke my glasses frame, so I had to ask for help in a hurry. Not only did the delightful young woman there fix the problem straight away, but she didn’t charge anything! My glasses are fitting more comfortably now than ever before. Thank you SO much for so kindly looking after a traveller from the other side of the globe in a tricky situation!

Serge & Kevin sont géniaux, bonne accueil, à l’écoute et aux petits soins. Attention toutefois a l’enseigne générale qui a tendance à pratiquer des prix élevés.

Nous sommes deux à avoir changer nos montures chez Optique center à JOIGNY. L’accueil de Serge fut très agréable, à l’écoute, patient et compétent. Il sait se rendre disponible le temps qu’il faut pour offrir entière satisfaction à ses clients. Ses explications sont claires, pertinentes, pleines de gentillesse et d’une pointe d’humour qui rend l’expérience détendue et plaisante. Nous sommes reparties reçues de nos montures qui ont été disponibles rapidement et nous savons pouvoir compter sur l’équipe pour nous recevoir en cas de besoin. Merci

Je découvre ce nouveau magasin, pas sur que c'était le bon? Maintenant je le sais "SUPER", personnel souriant, attentif, à l'écoute des besoins, surtout compétant à tout niveau professionnellement. Je recommande aux personnes hésitantes comme moi. Reste encore un petit réglage sur les branches qui va être régler très prochainement. Merci à KEVIN.
