I visited the store in Colliers Wood and the optical expert Crina was amazing. She fixed 2 pairs of expensive glasses which the Louis Vuitton shop refused to fix and done them both within about 5 minutes. I have not been able to wear them in an around 1 year because of this and now she has sorted the problem. Highly recommend and is great at her job.

Really thorough eye test followed by really helpful guidance on choosing frames and lenses. No pushy sales at all - you are made to feel no. 1 customer when you visit - and great after service with warranty too! Special thanks to Crina and Zelal in particular. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I have had my last 2 prescriptions from here. The choice is amazing especially if you are looking for something a little different, and if you are into your designer brands you won't be disappointed. The staff are all super helpful, patient and friendly as well as being professional. I walked away with some new glasses for computer work and reading and used the offer in the second pair for varifocal sunglasses. Highly recommend.
