Ma fille et moi nous rendons dans le magasin de Bordeaux Lac depuis des années. Nous sommes reçues comme des stars Hollywoodiennes. Tous les vendeurs sont accueillants et professionnels mais nous avons développé une relation particulière avec Audrey qui est de très bons conseils.

Premier achat pour moi dans ce magasin. Accueil chaleureux, bons conseils et large gamme de montures qui nous assure de trouver la monture adaptée à notre besoin. J'en suis ravie, je recommande les yeux fermés.

e suis client depuis très longtemps chez vous et je viens d avoir un vendeurd optical center st eulalie et un vendeur de bordeaux lac qui ne savent pas quoi me dire a part rien ou acheter c est sur toujours acheter mais la relation client il y en a plus J ai plus de lunettes de vue depuis vendredi soir est incapable de me répondre aux questions que dois je faire en cas de casse ou de perte de mes lunettes de vue ?????
