toujours un bon accueil dans cet optical ; un excellent professionnalisme : grâce au sérieux et à la prise en charge d' un de leurs collaborateurs ( Nathan A ) , ma correction lunettes a été revue pour une vision bien améliorée. je remercie celui-ci pour son écoute et sa capacité à solutionner au mieux nos problèmes . un grand MERCI

Pas été conseillé dans mon choix de lentilles - commande basée suite à un achat en 2022. Depuis plus de mutuelle, donc frais 100% à ma charge. Face à mon hésitation face au prix à régler. Aucune proposition de choix de lentilles "basiques" ne m'a été faite. Les plus chères m'ont été facturées et sans possibilité de remboursement suite à mon mécontentement : tout bénéf pour la boutique. Solution proposée ? Un avoir (je pars vivre à l'étranger le mois suivant... aucun intérêt) Cliente depuis plusieurs années, je ne reviendrai plus. Des vendeurs, pas des conseillers vendeurs + changement de personnel trop récurrent... Équipe 2024 hautaine et peu souriante - en face à face et au téléphone.
